Caribbean Pineapple Fried Rice

There are a lot of different kinds of rice dishes, and one of my favorite ones is called Caribbean Pineapple Fried Rice. It's a delicious dish. It's light, it's tasty; and that pineapple, as it gets sort of stirred in there — fresh pineapple, when it's warmed up — you take that little bite, and that juice just sort of squirts on your pallette!
